Studio Etiquette

Our Community Care Policies

  • Minimum class size is 2 people. Class will be canceled automatically if the minimum requirement is not met two hours before class. In this case, The Well will immediately inform any members who had reserved that class.

  • We reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, for making changes of the operation schedules. Under reasonable conditions (structural building revamping, renovation, etc.), some of our facilities may not be available to use.

    The Well will assure our facilities, operations, and services are up to standard. When circumstances arise that are beyond our control and result in the interruption of facility usage and services, we are not liable for such interruption nor legal claims from any members.

  • If a space opens in a class you are waitlisted for, you will be notified via email and/or text and automatically added to that class.

    This process works on a priority booking basis. Be sure to have your email notifications turned on! The waitlist closes 30 mins before the class starts.

  • We reserve the right to open any personal lockers at our premises. In the event that any locker is not cleared, The Well reserves the right to clear said locker and dispose of any content in the locker at our own discretion. The Well is not liable to members for any lost or stolen valuables placed in the lockers at our premises.

We know that life can be unpredictable and completely understand if you need to change or cancel your reservation.
We ask our community to please honor our 12-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. 

To cancel, log in to your account via the app or web browser and view your upcoming classes listed underneath your schedule on your profile. The cancel button will be to the right. Be sure to cancel your booking within the 12-hour window to avoid losing your class credit.  

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class for a smooth check-in process. After class begins, we will not allow any late entries due to safety reasons. If you are coming to the studio for the first time, we ask that you complete the intake and registration forms prior to arriving to class, and that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time. 

All sales are final and non-refundable. If you purchased a class pack and have outstanding sessions remaining after the expiry date, we will roll over the remainder of your sessions upon purchase of another class pack of equal or greater value.

All operational policies are set to benefit our members. Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions contained in this document carefully since any use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us", "our" and "The Well" refer to Kunye Beauty Group Inc. and ‘The Well by Kunye’ and any of its affiliated companies as appropriate to the context. "You" and “ member(s)” refer to any person accessing and/or using our service.

The Well reserves the rights to make any changes of classes and instructors as deemed necessary.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of the studio policies at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these policies by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

  • We love our furry friends and you might find our dog Hobbes in the studio, unfortunately no other pets are allowed in the studio 

  • Members are prohibited from disclosing any video, photographs or audio recording on the media or internet without consent from the 3rd party subject/talent.

  • To protect the privacy of members, photography, videography or audio recording is not allowed in bathroom, changing room and corridor at our premises.

  • No smoking, narcotics, alcohol, weapons, food, vulgarity or illegal activities is allowed on our premises.

  • Members should be courteous towards each other. Any threat, harassment (Verbal or written) or excessive behavior (offensive/ illegal) is not allowed.

  • Members should preserve the peace and harmony in our studio centers. Unreasonable noise or behavior that causes commotion and disturbance to other members will not be tolerated

  • Members are forbidden from doing any broadcasting (including written material, audio, visual, film and video)

  • Members should be considerate of others and maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness at our premises. Any behavior that causes disturbance or inconvenience to others is not allowed. We reserve the rights to revoke the membership and expel any instigator of commotions from our centers.

  • If there is any problem or complaint, please approach our managers. Please refrain from causing any commotion or disturbance in the centre. In the event that there are disputes between members and staff, The Well reserves the right to renounce any member from our premises.

  • The Well reserves the rights to expel any misbehaved member, terminate their membership and refund the balance of any unused credits.

  • Respect the privacy and leisure time of other members, no promotion of any products, services or any solicitation for business are permitted within the studio premises. Any violator of the clause in any related manner may have termination of the membership without any refund.
