Our offering is focused on small group and semi-private fitness classes, as well as Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage, wellness retail and special event pop-ups.

MAT CLASSES (max 15 people)
Our mat classes are low-impact, beginner inclusive classes that use your own bodyweight, light equipment, and intentional cues to challenge your strength, endurance and alignment. these classes are perfect for “active rest” days and injury prevention training as they put less stress on your body, and can help keep you consistently active. It you’re not into yoga or meditation, these class are a great alternative and an easy way to include mind-body exercise into your routine.

  • A mindful and grounding mat pilates class for all levels. This practice is focused on alignment, connection, and strength for the entire body. You'll move intentionally through exercises that bring attention to the stabilizing muscles to help you feel supported and strong. This class is perfect for your active recovery day, if posture improvement is your goal, if you are new or returning to a movement practice, or you are looking for a form of exercise that feels good for your mind and body.

  • Prepare to burn slowly—and in all the right places. Slow Burn is a fusion of contemporary mat pilates, low-impact bodyweight, and barre movements in one 50 min class. This spicey mat + light equipment class tones muscles and activates your core from every angle. Move with intention through intelligent sequencing and dynamic postures for a satisfying full-body workout. Expect lots of pulsing, isometric holds, 3-10 lb weights and great music.

    Open to all levels. Modifications available.

  • Yogalates integrates the best of both worlds - yoga and Pilates - by balancing strength and flexibility work. This mat-based practice is equal parts connected strength, grounding breath, and satisfying stretch. You'll move slowly and intentionally through the unique series of exercises and stretches for a balanced workout you'll feel in mind and body.

SMALL GROUP RREFORMER & REBOUNDER CLASSES (max 4 people)
Reform classes are low-impact, strength and cardio based classes that uses spring, bungee, light equipment, and body weight resistance to help you develop integrative and functional strength and muscle activation. Develop functional movement patterns and strength as you align your posture and activate your core with the help of traditional pilates equipment - The Reformer, Chair, Tower, Barrel and small props.

  • Our FOUNDATION class is all about holistic movement. We focus on postural alignment, flexibility, core activation, balance, and coordination.

    Whether new to Pilates or returning after a pause, this class will unpack the basic principles of a successful Pilates practice. Gain confidence navigating our specialized equipment, and learn how to utilize it to meet your unique needs.

    NOTE: This class is all levels and may be suitable for those with limited Pilates experience, reduced mobility or injuries. If you enjoy a slower paced yet dynamic class, this is it.

  • A minimum of 8 reform/mat classes strongly recommended.

    Our Chair/Tower class uses the pilates chair and tower apparatus to challenge and train your core, postural muscles, flexibility, and balance. Prepare to endure a challenging series of spring-loaded isometric and dynamic movements in a satisfying low-impact workout that will align and tone your entire body.

  • Build on your foundation! Our Reform: Fine Tune classes incorporate intermediate and advanced reformer exercises for a challenging strength-based workout.

    We recommend completing a minimum of four (4) FOUNDATION classes before joining. This class is best suited for those who have a solid understanding of the basic principles of Pilates and want to develop their practice.

  • Reform: The Athlete class is designed to train sport-specific movements that help prepare you for common sports like long/short distance running, pickleball, tennis, hiking, strength training, golf, soccer, skiing/snowboarding, and more. Not an athlete? This class trains essential movement patterns for any level of activity.

    Each class will focus on the core, local stabilizers, shoulders, hips and ankles to challenge the muscular systems and build endurance and mobility while flowing and targeting the entire body for a well-balanced class.

    You'll use classical pilates equipment - the Reformer, Magic Circle, Maple Pole, Box, and Jumpboard.

  • We're combining our two favourite pieces of equipment- the reformer and the rebounder - for a low-impact and high-intensity full-body workout to rival any boot camp. Challenge your heart, lungs, and stamina using the reformer, rebounder, light equipment, plyometrics, and timed intervals. Sweat alongside your community while developing your endurance, agility, athletic performance, and strength. A min of 10+ Reformer Classes & 5 + Rebounder Classes strongly suggested. Grippy Socks Required.

  • Our high-intensity, low-impact cardio class offers benefits for the mind and body. Our open-level signature trampoline cardio class is a musically-driven, beat-based, low-impact, and high-adrenaline workout that will challenge you mentally and physically. You'll learn a unique combination in each class that will help improve your strength, balance, and agility. As your heart gets an aerobic workout, you activate your lymphatic system for a total body workout that will leave you feeling energized, emotionally and physically. Sneakers or grippy socks are required.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

We offer in-studio and virtual appointments for every class we offer, plus customized programming. Our appointments are 50 minutes in length, complete with an initial discussion about your goals and a customized program.

PRE/POST NATAL MINDFULNESS + MOVEMENT

KUNYE Founder + ceo, Melissa, is a certified somatic practitioner and pre/postnatal specialist. Melissa runs seasonal prenatal group sessions, and 1:1 sessions that incorporate pelvic floor training, core training (diastases repair), breath-work and alignment correction.
